Our Booking Policy

Check-In:      4 - 6 pm (or by prior arrangement)

Check-Out:   11 am

Payment:       Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard

50% fee per night per room will be processed at the time of booking. Balance is due upon departure.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 administration fee per room.

Guests cancelling within 30 days of their expected arrival date will be charged 50% per night, per room.

Guests cancelling within 14 days of their expected arrival date will be charged the total amount due.

We strongly advise trip cancellation/interruption insurance. See your travel agent/broker.

Children

Apothic normally operates an adults only policy.

We are happy to entertain inquiries to accommodate children with bookings that include all 3 suites.

Pets

In respect of all guests Apothic has a no pet policy. In the case of allergies please be advised there is a resident dog & cat in the owners space only.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted in outdoor designated areas only. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged for guests who smoke in their rooms.
